Discover the nuances of Japanese cuisine with our in-house cooking class.
Classes are relaxed, delicious, and always hands-on. Our menus are simple, seasonal, and fun. Our chefs and an English-speaking assistant come to your property, arrange the kitchen, and conduct a memorable cooking class. We provide all the ingredients and necessary equipment required for the session.
As part of the course, you will learn how to cook Japanese soul food using everyday ingredients so that you can prepare Japanese food anytime and anywhere. Our chef will also help list out essentials to stock in your pantry and explain how to use miso and other Japanese seasonings.
Basic Japanese cooking class: Deep-fried tofu and Fried thin potato rolls with chicken.
You can also learn how to make basic dashi (Japanese soup stock) and how to apply it using the same seasonings. It is surprisingly easy and delicious, and can be used as a dish for entertaining.
Ramen cooking class: Shio ramen (salty taste) and Shoyu ramen (soy sauce taste)
You will learn how to make soup and how to make the toppings boiled egg and roasted pork. Now you can make it yourself without going to a restaurant.
Sushi cooking class: 13 kinds of sushi, tamagoyaki (egg roll), clear soup
You can learn how to make sushi rice, how to make sushi, and how to make tamagoyaki.
This is a meaningful lesson that is fun to make and delicious to eat, where you can learn the techniques of making sushi and cutting fish.
