Niseko Gourmet’s tempura dinner is presented by Tanaka San, former instructor of the famous Tsuji culinary institute and tv personality.
Chef Tanaka San has created a five-course tempura menu that utilizes some of the best of Hokkaido's natural produce. Tempura is Japan's famous, historic and unique method of fried food.

Seasonal salad with scallop and yuzu dressing
Ten Chazuke (tempura rice) with dashi and green tea soup
Red bean steamed bun tempura
