Sukiyaki

Sukiyaki includes thinly-sliced Hokkaido beef (200gm per person) cooked in a sweet and salty broth with chinese cabbage, chrysanthemum, leeks, carrots, onions, enoki, shiitake mushrooms, tofu and udon noodles. To accompany are fresh eggs and dipping sauce.

6,500JPY per person plus 3,000JPY delivery

Includes rental of the sukiyaki pot, gas stove and 1x gas which will all be collected the following day.

A minimum order of four portions per menu item is required for delivery.

Shabu-Shabu

Shabu-shabu includes your choice of either 200g of thinly-sliced Hokkaido beef, Hokkaido makkari herb pork, or Hokkaido chicken thigh and breast per person, swished in kombu stock with chinese cabbage, chrysanthemum, mizuna, leeks, carrots, enoki, shiitake mushrooms, tofu, and udon noodle. Ponzu and sesame dipping sauces are served as accompaniments.

6,500JPY per person (beef), 6,300JPY per person (pork) or 6,300JPY per person (chicken) plus 3,000JPY delivery.

Includes rental of the shabu-shabu pot, gas stove and 1x gas which will all be collected the following day.

Summer BBQ

Western Style BBQ

A. Meat BBQ/Wagyu beef 250g per person, Lamb chop and Sausage 1 of each with BBQ sauce

B. Seafood BBQ/Salmon with Lemon Caper Butter 150g per person, Big prawns and scallops 2 of each with cocktail sauce

C. Surf and Turf BBQ/Wagyu beef 250g per person, Sausage 1 of each, Big prawn and scallops 1 of each with BBQ and cocktail sauce

Each comes with a Caprese salad, Baked potato, Corn.

BBQ Rental Set 5,500JPY/Barbecue stand for 6 people, net, 3 kg of charcoal, fire sticks, charcoal scissors, tongs (large and small). If you need two stand, need additional fee 2,000yen. If you order a rental set it also includes a set for indoor use gas stove, gas, and griddle so that you can enjoy the food indoors.

Thai Style BBQ

B. Seafood BBQ/Salmon 150g per person, Big Prawns 2 per person, Scallop 2 per person

C. Surf and Turf BBQ/Pork loin 240g per person, Prawan and Scallops 1 of each, Salmon 150g per person

Each comes with a Yum Woon Sen salad and Nam Jim Jaew (Two types of Thai sauces).

Sushi (Winter season only)

Sushi Master Kamada will be making 10 different kinds of sushi. He uses the freshest ingredients of the day, including scallops, salmon, chutoro, tuna, white fish, mackerel, and prawn.
