Inhouse Dining

Niseko Gourmet's In House Dining offers Japanese or International Breakfast, Sushi and Sukiyaki or Shabu Shabu Dinners and 5 course Japanese dinners catered in the comfort of your property.  Special packages are offered for catered stays of three nights or more.  Wine has been matched to our menu by our Tokyo wine sommelier and is available for purchase by the bottle.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional requirements and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 48 hours notice is required for special dietary requirements.

International Dinner Menu

Niseko Gourmet uses the freshest possible ingredients inspired by flavours of the world to create a unique and interesting dining experience.

The International dinner menu includes an aperatif with local cheeses, entrée, main, dessert, tea and coffee and is available from the 20th of December 2014 to the 1st of February 2015.

Choose one dish from each starter, main and dessert. Please choose only one of each course per group reservation.

8900JPY Per Person.  Some menu’s attract a supplement of ¥1000.

To start

Hokkaido crab, cucumber, lime, wasabi mayonnaise salad

Pan roasted scallop, cauliflower puree, crispy pancetta

Oysters 3 ways

• pickled cucumber noodles

• asahi battered with sesame mayo

• lime & chilli jelly, soy vinaigrette

Dumplings of prawn and chicken in a shitake broth

Crispy pork belly on crisp apple & peanut slaw, sesame dressing

Herbed ricotta ravioli with wild mushrooms sage noisette

Fillet steak, potato daikon galette, caramelized shallots, pak choi, mushroom jus add ¥1000

Venison loin, parsnip puree, green beans and beetroot, cherry pepper glaze add ¥1000

Lamb rack, pumpkin polenta, pea salsa, slow roasted cherry tomatoes, parmesan wafer, jus

Duck leg confit, spicy sausage & bean cassoulet, winter leaves

Beef cheeks, white truffle potato puree, roasted carrots & sprouts

Fish of the day, leek & prawn risotto, lemon vinaigrette

Citrus cheesecake jar – lemon cheesecake, poppy tuille, lime syrup & candied orange

Red wine poached pear, blue cheese mousse, ginger crumble
