Niseko Gourmet's In House Dining offers Catered breaks for stays of three nights or more, individual Catered Breakfasts and individual Catered Dinners with Fusion or Japanese cuisine.  Wine has been matched to each course by our Tokyo wine sommelier and is available for purchase by the bottle.  Menu’s can be enjoyed in buffet style for larger groups and more relaxed occasions.
